I owe Sledgehammer credit for putting its strengths into four playable characters. Less technology relies on pure skill and that “boots on the ground” action Sledgehammer brought back with 2017’s Call of Duty: WWII. But boils combat down to its simplest forms. The setting scales back more advanced forms of warfare. I had my reservations with Call of Duty going back to WW2. ![]()
